Looking at some entries in the list, you probably wouldn’t be nasty, but just cleaning up a bit…
What exactly is necessary for getting listed? Is a simple mail “Hi, we use Bugzilla, please link to …” enough?

Yes, normally it just requires an email, but the request must be credible. “Super Vi@gra Marketing Inc. uses Bugzilla!” is likely to be treated with a fair degree of scepticism.
The list is cleaned up occasionally by checking for dead links but, if a company has told us they use Bugzilla internally, we can’t ever know if they stop unless they tell us.
