Over the summer, an embedded anthropologist called Claire Rudolph, from the University of California at Berkeley, attended many Mozilla meetings and interviewed 15 Mozilla employees and 2 volunteers. She and her supervisor then did a 30-minute presentation of their work, which includes suggestions for making distributed work more effective and inclusive.
