I’ve just discovered RMS’s blog. For a man who explains things verbally so well, and who writes great essays, he has a very stilted style in day-to-day blogging. Each pair of sentences are exactly the same mental distance apart, and it’s a fairly short distance. The combined effect is like reading through treacle.
