Vidyo

Mozilla sometimes uses the Vidyo video conferencing system for real-time meetings. (Hopefully, one day, we’ll be able to use something based on WebRTC but, for now, we use Vidyo.) At the moment, because the Vidyo system requires an LDAP login, only Mozilla employees can initiate meetings. However, non-employees can take part in such meetings using a guest URL. In order to lower the barrier to having employees have non-employees participate in meetings they are hosting, I’ve written a document on how to generate such URLs.
